3. Product Try-On, Hygiene & Returns

Customers may try on items to determine fit and sizing. However, merchandise being returned must remain in returnable condition in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must generally be:

• Unwashed
• Unaltered
• Free from visible signs of wear beyond a reasonable indoor try-on
• Free from stains, makeup, deodorant residue, excessive odors, pet hair, or damage
• Returned with original tags attached where applicable
• Returned with hygiene liners intact where supplied

Items showing clear signs of extended wear, washing, exercise use, damage, or alteration may not qualify for return or exchange.

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

NIMORA products are designed for general fitness, activewear, and lifestyle use.

If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping or return costs may apply.
