1. LEGAL AGREEMENT This website is operated by Nimora Group LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Nimora Group LLC. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. 3. HYGIENE & USAGE POLICY (CRITICAL) For the health and safety of our community, NIMORA maintains a strict hygiene policy:

  • Trial Use Only: You are encouraged to try on items for fit and sizing purposes. However, items must not be used for physical activity, workouts, or any form of exercise.

  • Condition of Returns: Any item returned showing signs of wear, including but not limited to: perspiration odors, sweat marks, makeup stains, deodorant residue, pet hair, or any physical alterations, will be denied for refund or exchange.

  • Final Sale: Items missing original tags or hygiene liners (where applicable) are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

4. MEDICAL & FITNESS DISCLAIMER NIMORA products are designed for general fitness and lifestyle use. Our clothing is not medical equipment and does not guarantee the prevention of injury. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that physical activity involves inherent risks. Nimora Group LLC is not responsible for any injuries, medical conditions, or health issues that may occur while wearing our products.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nimora Group LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services. This includes, but is not limited to, physical injury, allergic reactions to fabrics, or property damage.

6. SHIPPING, CUSTOMS & REFUSAL OF DELIVERY

  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

  • Import Duties: For international orders, you are solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and local fees.

  • Refused Packages: If a package is refused or remains uncollected at a distribution point, the customer remains responsible for all original and return shipping costs, which will be deducted from any potential refund.

7. GOVERNING LAW & EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
