Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee At NIMORA, we want you to feel as good as you look. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our support team at info@nimora-shop.com . Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and the specific shipping address for our US-based warehouse.

IMPORTANT: Please do not send items back without prior authorization or to the address on the package, as this will prevent us from processing your refund.

Hygiene & Item Condition: To maintain the highest health and hygiene standards for our community, returned items must meet the following criteria:

  • Hygiene Standards: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any scents, stains (including makeup or deodorant), or pet hair.

  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and hygiene seals still attached.

  • Exclusion: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show any signs of wear or use.

Order Cancellations:

  • Before Shipping: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched for a full refund.

  • After Shipping: If the order has already been dispatched, please follow the standard return process after the package is delivered.

Exchanges: We offer one free size exchange per order to ensure you find your perfect fit. While return shipping for the exchange is the responsibility of the customer, NIMORA will ship the replacement size back to you at no additional cost.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the defect. We will arrange a replacement at our expense immediately.

Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not charge any restocking fees—you will receive a full refund for the cost of the products.
