At NIMORA, we aim to make every order clear, trackable, and straightforward from checkout to delivery.
NIMORA is operated by Nimora Group LLC, a U.S.-registered company. Orders are fulfilled through our international and local fulfillment network depending on product availability, inventory location, and destination.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to:

- Israel
Available shipping options and prices are shown at checkout based on the destination selected.
2. Fulfillment Locations
NIMORA operates a flexible fulfillment model. Depending on product availability, inventory location, destination, and operational requirements, orders may be dispatched from local inventory or through our international fulfillment network.
United States:
Orders to the United States are generally fulfilled through our international fulfillment network, including fulfillment facilities in China where applicable. If local U.S. inventory becomes available, selected orders may also be fulfilled from fulfillment facilities within the United States.
Israel:
Orders to Israel may be fulfilled from local inventory in Israel or through our international fulfillment network, including fulfillment facilities in China where applicable, depending on product availability and inventory location at the time the order is processed.
The fulfillment location used for an individual order does not change the shipping rate displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are based on the destination and shipping method applicable to the order.
Our business registration address is separate from our fulfillment locations and does not necessarily represent the physical origin of a shipment.
3. Processing Times
Orders are generally processed within a few business days.
Orders are not normally processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

5–14 business days
Processing time occurs before dispatch and is separate from the estimated transit time shown above.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, high order volume, weather, security situations, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Depending on the destination and fulfillment location, customs duties, import taxes, or other government charges may apply.
Any duties, taxes, or customs charges that are not already collected at checkout are the responsibility of the customer.
NIMORA is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your order.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping or return costs may apply.
8. Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address used when placing the order.
Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the shipment has been dispatched.
Depending on the fulfillment location and carrier, an order may be transferred between international and local delivery partners before final delivery.
