1. Processing Times All orders are processed within a few business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package.

2. Shipping Estimates To provide you with curated collections and competitive pricing, our products are dispatched from our international fulfillment centers.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–14 business days.

3. Free Shipping & Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over $120 Standard Shipping: For orders under $120, shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes Nimora Group LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Accuracy of Address & Refused Deliveries

  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.

  • Undeliverable Packages: In the event that a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from a distribution point, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs and any return fees incurred.
