Israel Return & Refund Policy

This return policy applies to all NIMORA orders shipped to Israel.

30-Day Return Window

Eligible items may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective eligible products.

Returned items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused except for reasonable indoor try-on.
  • Be free from scents, stains, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or other signs of wear.
  • Include original packaging, tags, and any applicable hygiene seals.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted. NIMORA offers one free size exchange per order. Return shipping for the original item is the responsibility of the customer. Once approved, NIMORA will ship the replacement size at no additional shipping cost.

How to Start a Return

Contact our Customer Support team at info@nimora-shop.com before sending your item back.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and the designated return shipping address.

Important: Please do not send products back without prior authorization or to the address shown on the original package.

Return Method & Shipping Cost

Returns are accepted by mail.

Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

NIMORA does not charge restocking fees.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or resolution at our expense.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund after it has been issued by NIMORA.
